Has anyone been taken off of Nivolumab for #melanoma of the lymph nodes due to side effects, and if so, what were your treatment options? Ipi and Nivo didn't work as neoadjuvant therapy and I've developed immune-related colitis and pneumonitis with 3 doses. #melanoma
