The Lumpkin girls evened up their record by defeating Johnson 156-183. Nicole Sandberg finished with a match-low 47, followed by Mia Avina 51, and Mady Cole 58.

Lumpkin boys and girls golf swept Gilmer County today at Achasta. Jac Chambers led the guys to victory with a stellar 1-over, 37. Nicole Sandberg fired a 45 to lead the girls to a W.

Lumpkin boys golf finishes the regular season with a win over West Hall, 190-229. All 6 guys in the 40s today, led by Jac Chambers and Preston Cox.

Lumpkin girls golf also defeated West Hall, 152-166. The sophomore duo of Nicole Sandberg and Mia Avina led the way again.

Jac Chambers stripes his tee shot down the middle of the fairway…. and we are officially underway at the GHSA 3-AAA Area Tournament.

Wasn’t our best day on the course collectively, but still proud of the way our kids fought thru a tough course and brutal wind all day. A few standouts… Jac Chambers (82) finished 16th out of 78 male golfers. Nicole Sandberg (96) finished 12th out of 57 female golfers.
