Yesterday at the Association of Defense Communities (ADC)’s , I moderated a panel with Hon. Jacobson Assistant Secretary of the Army (IE&E), Hon. Berger Assistant Secretary of the Navy (EI&E), and Hon. Chaudhary Assistant Secretary of the Air Force (IE). Together, we discussed the power of installations, energy, and broadband in relation to the quality of life for military families.
