Shit posting and doom posting on X is fun but actual change happens when you put the work into fixing your communities by being involved. Volunteer your time, join organizations that share your values, contribute and be the change you want to see. Build your capacity & learn.

Trump gets a deal for his farmers and our government is still picking fights and politicking. I will be blunt. No sugar coating. Calling a spade a spade. Canadian canola and pulse farmers are losing money and losing a massive market solely because of political ambitions of

I’m participating in the #TalkItOutTag to raise awareness for World Mental Health Awareness Month and to help break the stigma around mental health in agriculture. 💚 Let’s keep the conversation going — because talking about it makes a difference. @BASF_AgSolutions_CA DoMoreAg

Deal for USA soybean growers - Soybeans market up and up and up. No deal for CDN Canola - Canola market down ~$12/mt. Actions matter. Election rhetoric doesn’t.

The Food Professor If we are going to run massive deficits, a good place for ROI to tax payers is funding trade enabling infrastructure improvements at or to our points of exports. Port of Van is the obvious one when speaking on behalf of western Canadian agriculture.

Too many decisions are made from fear. Fear of pushback. Fear of change. Fear of losing support. Yet progress has never been born from fear. Protecting comfort has become policy in too many places. And comfort, while pleasant, is the enemy of progress.

Anyone able to use these bourgault 3710 front Castor assemblies? These are for machines that don't have MRB's. I added MRB's to mine so had to get the long Castor assemblies.

The industrial carbon tax raises nitrogen price for the farmer by roughly 10% today. In 2030 that number will go up to 24-30% . This tax is unsustainable for farms. That is only on Nitrogen.

To pay for it we need to create and grow stuff - please invest in #agriculture like we used to and like we want to win instead of not lose by too much.

I am proud to share my latest article on RealAgriculture, with the hope that it ignites meaningful dialogue. Too often in agriculture, we bury our heads in the sand, prioritizing the defense of our individual silos or even silencing other voices to safeguard our turf over

Across our industry, day-to-day decisions often lean toward caution. It’s understandable, there’s a lot on the line. But focusing only on maintaining the present can make it harder to explore what’s possible next. When new ideas feel stalled by uncertainty, progress slows.
