Mimi I buy Eat Natural buckwheat , kallo plain puffed rice and maple sunrise . Mix all together . I find all these #glutenfree cereals a bit “too much “ on their own. I then have it with fruit,plain yogurt and milk.

Just asked about some #glutenfree brownies uncovered next to granary bread. Was told “you don’t have to eat them!” Why do they bother selling them uncovered next to bread?!
