Also annoying about Uber Eats - none of the numbers you find online work, there is NO way to contact or chat through the app. The coupon codes always get me looking but the support is so terrible that I refuse to order.

So I send the requested info to Uber Eats and haven’t gotten a response, yet they somehow texted me to ask me to respond. How could they have gotten my number except through DM? Where am I supposed to see the request?

Update: just do yourselves a favour and delete Uber Eats. Even if you do get in touch with support, they’re useless. I somehow can’t use a code I received directly by email because I don’t have a promo tag on my account. WHAT?
