We plant rye in our tanks and tires. We call these are Redneck Raised Beds! They work pretty good for growing tomatoes 🍅 and peppers 🌶️ 🫑 . This spring we will let the rye get 2-3’ tall, clip it off, and then spray the stubble with Roundup spreading the residue on top.
