What an awsome day in my class. Each period participated in a Microsoft Office Suite Carousel. They had a one-minute timer set to write as much as they could about each of the 4 main applications that Microsoft has: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access. I'm excited to review these

Some of the CTE kids at Campbell Middle really enjoyed themselves at at The Hour of Code! There was never a dull moment, and many now have a new spark of interest fpr the work industry.

Giving back to the community was most memorable for me this Thanksgiving. During our Restorative Circles today, my students reflected on their highlights of their break. I shared with them my humbling experience of feeding the homeless.

Before the break, my students create 3 slide PowerPoint presentations to share their: 1. Knowledge of Thanksgiving and how it came about, 2. Family Traditions during this time, and 3. Favorite dish. Some of them used transitions and animation learn with me! I was impressed

My students were really engaged in reading a Newsela article regarding Sony's PlayStation 5's console being the last of its generation. After self reading (1sr Read), we popcorn read the article a second time and annotated the various paragraphs. I was surprised to see engagment.
