PLAYERS: If you don't work hard in practice, you may not ever get the chance to play hard in a game.

A bad attitude is like a flat tire. You can't go anywhere until you change it.

If you're not willing to give solid effort during practice, why even show up? Going through the motions won’t help you improve. The purpose of practice is to improve, not just to show up and say you did it!

If you only get in the gym during required team practices, you better be studying hard because you have no future in basketball.
