It’s crazy to me how most of us are now going to spend the majority of our career working remotely, and if it hadn’t been for the pandemic we’d have all just kept going to offices for 8+ hours every day. Makes you wonder what else we’re all doing just because everyone else is.

Most people suck at giving feedback. Here’s a framework for feedback that creates behavior change:

I had FIFTEEN interviews with one of the FAANG companies. At one point, I was told "if you made it this far, you have NOTHING to worry about." It was down to "team matching" and I was notified yesterday that both of the teams I'd interviewed with had rejected me.
