Life is a rollercoaster eh?! This morning my Mac wouldn’t charge. I went to town and bought 2 different leads one to use with supplied charger, one with normal usb, to cover all the bases. One box was empty when I got home but went back and swapped. No go with either. 1/2

I was about to post on local fb community page for advice on Apple tech support providers when TG said (literally) ‘have you tried switching it off then on again’? Which I hadn’t. Then I did. Guess what happened…🙄🙄🙄🤣 2/2

Oh my goodness I am so FED UP! (Sorry don’t do ranty posts very often but am provoked). Before Xmas a payment from a website didn’t appear in my business a/c. Earlier/later payments did. So I spent an hour or so juggling 2 online ‘chats’ with bank and payment service neither…1/2

2/2 of whom took responsibility, each blames the other. I had to wait for a paper statement to send to payment provider (via email 🙄) to prove …then I had to ‘update’ bank details which are THE SAME and wait for a confirmation link which has yet to arrive and I am VERY CROSS 😡

3/2 (ha I didn’t know how much ranting it would take to get off my chest!) And so it’s me that has had the inconvenience (financial and time) when I am completely blameless. I suspect my bp has risen every time I have to deal with another part of the process. And to cap it all

4/3 the payment provider has put a block on payouts of MY money from MY account with them because of SOMEONE ELSE’S issue!! Not naming and shaming…yet but getting close! Right, rant over for now (prob!) Everyone else ok?! x
