1/2 This, the launch of the two month Tine residency KAMPUS, was very, very good indeed. Really clever dishes, utterly delicious, with seasoning bang on throughout. Highlights were almost every dish, but particularly the smoked egg yolk sauce with the lightly cured sea bass

2/2 (give me a spoon!), the potato cake (like a crispy, potatoey oven bottom, which was begging to be served with bacon and a hangover) as a side to the sublime hogget, and the Eccles cake, which had been blended into some sort of cream and then frozen and 'shaved'.
