They told people to apply, they paid thousands then Edinburgh council closed down 98% of these small Scottish businesses and kept all their money! What a scam, everyone should at least get a refund!

Many pubs closing. The budget tax rises are very damaging. The Government now says it wants to help pubs. It should remove the National Insurance rise, the tax on jobs, and cut business rates.
