C'est avec  consternation que j'apprends ce jour la mort d'un membre de la LUCHA à Beni par balles. J'ai donc instruit les autorités compétentes sur place à diligenter une enquête.Toute personne responsable sera déférée devant la justice. Mes condoléances à la flle éplorée.
