I’m tired already looking at the gym schedule for next week 😴 Early start tomorrow 🏋️

Gym classes all done. Now off to eat ALL the cheese and bread there is!

Haven’t got the energy to cook tonight. Who wants to go out for food?

I have 3 eggs that need to be used today so obviously I’m going to make Chocolate Brownies 🤷🏻

An hour’s conditioning class this morning before work and now an hours circuits. Got to work off those brownies!

I don’t think I’ll be able to move the rest of the day now 😵‍💫😮‍💨

Chopping wood last night to build a fire for my partner’s daughter to make S’mores, my axe bounced off the wood, hit my foot and broke my toe in style. My toe is now shaped like the letter r 🤦🏻‍♂️ I can still do gym classes right? 🤷🏻

I think my broken toe and myself will have to give the Bodypump class at the gym a miss later 😔

Missed last weeks Body Pump class due to dropping an axe on my toe so I’m looking forward to getting back on it! I’ll give lunges a miss though just in case 😣

Been out for drinks in the village with friends tonight but have circuits booked at the gym at 8.15am and Bodypump at 9.30am 😬

Day spent at the Bucks Country Show today. I must have fussed a thousand dogs so it was a great day! ☺️

Completely forgot it’s Monday and I have Bodypump at 7pm booked tonight! Scrambling around getting the gym bag packed now. The 1.5 hours swimming earlier is going to come back and bite me on the arse with the current lack of energy levels
