Just out in JTO, we found G3+ cardiac events to occur with fairly early onset after CRT for EC with different incidence between proton vs IMRT, particularly those with pre-existing CVD. Perhaps higher risk pts get greater benefit from cardiac sparing? sciencedirect.com/science/articl…
