Happy to share our newest paper in Angewandte Chemie! We used IM-MS to distinguish rotaxanes from pseudorotaxanes, contributing to this interesting study on light-induced energy transfer of nanohoops in rotaxane systems with fullerenes and porphyrins! onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1002/an…

Just out in Angewandte Chemie: in elaborate [2]rotaxanes, we found that nanohoops suppress through-space charge transfer😮, which would explain some mysterious OPV results (e.g. by Pingwu Du). A tour de force study by Fabian Schwer, Guldi_Group, et al. onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/abs/10.100…
