Step 1: What JTBD are you solving? Before building or marketing, understand the "Jobs to be Done" for your target market. What problems do they REALLY need to be solved using your product?

Step 2: Who is your Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)? Don't try to be everything to everyone. Identify your ICP segments - the specific groups who NEED your solution most. Focus your efforts there.

Step 3: How will you reach your ICP? Growth doesn't happen by accident. Identify your most promising growth channels - social media, SEO, partnerships, etc. Experiment and see what works best to reach your desired audience.
