Afgelopen maanden kon ik meelezen met dit rapport. Dat was bedroevend. Opnieuw een belangrijk deel van de Rijksoverheid waar wit superioriteitsdenken slachtoffers maakt onder de eigen medewerkers en daarbuiten. De excuses zijn op zijn plaats, de cultuurverandering broodnodig.
