As I reflect on how fortunate I am today, I can’t help but have this thought... The power of our vote! We need to count every person’s vote in this country! Every person’s voice (vote) is important.

The individuals I ran against in this election, collectively are really great people, worthy opponents. I can’t believe how close this vote was. I think that speaks to our character as a group. We all have tremendous strengths.

Every vote matters! Individually a drop of rain is nothing, but collectively they make a storm. Thank you Saline!!!! I still can’t believe it. Now I want to represent our children well over the next four years.

Today in America some little girl thinks she can be President of the United States. Yeah I’m emotional about it. It sure has been a great week!
