Worth adding from #MorningLive chat. I often fall into trap of calling adhd a superpower, cos when it's finally treated, that's how you feel. Happens esp with Hyperfocus. But not always helpful. Adhd is a disability and Hyperfocus has consequences and can be super unhealthy. 1/?
