Today is my last day as Archivist at Eton College. Working at Eton has been a wonderful experience and I am thankful to all my colleagues for being so kind and inspiring over the years.

I am excited to announce that I will be starting a new role as College Archivist at Cheltenham Ladies' College! I took this photograph when I visited the College Archives in 2017, just as I was embarking on my career.

Lovely to see how sporting attire has changed over the years! I came across one of these ties from the 1910s in the archives store. They were made from a stretchy material to make them less restrictive when exercising!🙃😂

College was delighted to open our doors on Saturday for #HeritageOpenDays 2024 🤩 Students dressed up as characters from the #MurderMostUnladylike series by alumnae Robin Stevens. CLC inspired Robin's "Deepdean School" and visitors toured many places which feature in the novels.

Eliza Dunbar was a House Surgeon at Bristol Royal Hospital for Sick Children. She studied at CLC as a day pupil from August 1856 to June 1861. #Surgeon #womeninscience #TBT #ElizaDunbar
