I spent some time looking at the FDV(Fully Diluted Valuation) to TEL(Total Extractable Liquidity) ratios for some tokens on SparkDEX. Low FDV to TEL isn't necessarily bad but if holders start panic selling it can cause issues. Let's look at utility instead of red charts 😂

In addition to the ~38% TEL to FDV Ratio there are a few more factors that support the linear bonding curve pricing model. Regardless of whether the price is up or down in a month, TEL grows passively, meaning the TEL to FDV should increase over time. Let's take a look:
