Outside Penn Station, Assemblyman Tony Simone, Erik Bottcher and neighborhood groups are calling for amending the stalled Cuomo-era megaproject that’d allow Vornado to build 10 office towers, and replace it with a new GPP with more housing. “We need shovels in the ground now.”
