Higher Geography has taken part in some outdoor learning today. Geographers timed infiltration rates on different surfaces as part of the hydrosphere unit. As part of the experiment pupils timed how long it took for water to be absorbed by different surfaces.🌧️🌊💧

End of Term at DA, tried my hand at netball, basketball and football. Last day ended successfully with a performance on stage ✨

Higher Geography pupils went to Grey Mare’s Tail. They were able to experience the beauty of river and glaciated landscapes. With such a beautiful day, the weather was warm, the pupils also enjoyed a wee dip in the loch. Overall, a very great experience 🗻☀️🫧
