The judgement in the Viva vs JP Morgan case has been released. The parties are $2bn apart on the valuation of the Viva business. The judgement looks like a score draw but I'm keen to hear from people who actually undersand this stuff. caselaw.nationalarchives.gov.uk/ewca/civ/2025/…
