Now in the custody of Hull Museums the five Roos Carr Figures were discovered by labourers in 1836 at Roos Carr near Withernsea. The figures were carved out of Yew They were radiocarbon dated to 606-508 BCE, making them 2,600 years old, and were made in the late Bronze
