Anneliese Dodds Hazel Conley Colm O'Cinneide Dr Sara Reis The event builds on the collaborative research project ‘Gender Equalities at Work: an interdisciplinary history of 50 years of legislation’ (The University of Edinburgh, UCL & UWE Bristol) examining the creation, trajectories & legacies of the Equal Pay Act 1970 & Sex Discrimination Act 1975

We'll be discussing questions around the impact of these legislative changes on women’s lives in practice, the opportunities & risks presented by the UK’s departure from the EU, & the importance of ensuring women’s work is awarded equal pay & value in a #CostOfLivingCrisis.
