I do any bilateral/1:1 call with cameras off. Precisely so I can pace about and give the other person my full attention. I tell them this. Not one person has ever objected.

I'm quite impressed by the Copilot system in Outlook. Its ability to summarise a chain of emails is pretty good. But the best part is: I ask it to 'please insert a thumbs-up emoji'. And my inability ever to find the Mac emoji dialog is a problem of the past!
