I am absolutely loving my job, i never thought I would say that. I look forward to going to work everyday. Some days are hard but I love it 😀

Hello annual leave!

On annual leave for 2 weeks, worked 2 nights at the beginning of it. Spent time with a friend yesterday, went for a 22.7 mile bike ride today - fell off and I am now covered in bruises, so might actually be resting for the second week 😅

Second child now has covid 😫 we were meant to be visiting relatives next week, but they are vulnerable.

Another bank shift picked up... on annual leave from Sunday after working extra tomorrow. The whole NHS is running on people who stay late or work on their off days.

Hello annual leave! One week of nothing! Let's hope my brain can switch off this time!

Currently questioning my life choices and considering if I really need all the stress I have 😔

The last few weeks have been a massive turning point. My manager called me in the office yesterday, I thought I was in trouble 🤣 she said I have developed so much recently. I have become a tissue viability link nurse and a supervisor with the last few weeks 😍

So anxious about work tomorrow and have no actual reason why. This is the worse as I can't rationalise with myself, because I don't know why I am anxious 😭

It has finally caught up with me 😫

I have a chest infection now, thanks covid ✌️ off work for a bit longer

After covid and a chest infection I finally feel I can breath a little easier. Hoping to get back to work this week after nearly 3 weeks off 😫 I feel so guilty for being ill!

Sat eating a curry on my break, forgot I can't taste spicy 🤣

Really struggling with post covid fatigue, we are 4 weeks since I tested positive and I am struggling 😔 a trip to the doctor might be in order. I hate you covid, thanks for the rattly chest, SOB and fatigue 😩

Graduated today! 🎓 I wasn't going to attend but so glad I did, but all I can think about is how horrendous I look at the moment! Anyway, I have set some goals for the future, now it's time to go get them!

Hitting the 12 month dip early 🤣 nearly 11 months qualified and feel worse than my first few weeks 👌

First appraisal completed. Went well and was lovely to have some compliments ☺️
