There's definitely a time and a place for logic, but I spent most of my life trying to shut down emotions because that's what I thought I was supposed to do.

Most INFPs stop at just understanding their personality type. Your next level is to actually apply the information so you can transform your life. Here are a few things you can do that I teach within the INFP Masterclass (evolve.geekpsychology.com)

When passion isn't there, it's next to impossible to motivate an INFP. Here are 2 questions that help me generate more passion: 1. "Who am I helping by doing this?" 2. "Who am I hurting by not doing this?" 3. "Will future-me applaud my actions?"

I like that they give Hanako (the elephant) a scarf when it gets cold out. And nobody steals it. I once left my laptop on a train. It went around a full loop back to Shinjuku. I just walked back on and picked it up.

Happy INFPs balance themselves: Too much Fi (Soul) = stagnant self-reflection Too much Ne (Explorer) = aimless exploration Balance both = purposeful creative expression
