I rang customer services 3 times waiting for a total of 3 hours only to be told 'it'll arrive tomorrow' - 4 days later - still nothing and now I'm left without an outfit! Useless! Moss Bros.

Neal from Feltham depot is an absolutely useless manager. Not only did he fail to get my parcel on the van after no delivery attempt yesterday. Now he can't even let me collect my item at my own travel cost to the depot because he can't trace my parcel. Well done @DPD_UK

Just spoke to the most unprofessional customer service agent at Vodafone UK Retentions team. No hello, team name, or solution. Absolutely shocked. Didn't realise how low their standards had dropped.
