Neal from Feltham depot is an absolutely useless manager. Not only did he fail to get my parcel on the van after no delivery attempt yesterday. Now he can't even let me collect my item at my own travel cost to the depot because he can't trace my parcel. Well done @DPD_UK

Dont bother using #UberEATS. They can't even be bothered to come to your door. Asking you to come to the other end of the car park. Why have the option of 'deliver to door' if your drivers can't be bothered to get off their bikes. #Deliveroo all the way!
