Should #leaders engage with negative follower emotions with a focus on sharing💞emotions or a focus on caring❤️ for emotions? In a new preprint (psyarxiv.com/md2g8/) we find across 6 studies that a care focus is associated with benefits for leaders and followers. #compassion
