so bisan has called for another global strike on the 21st, and since people complained that last time was "without enough notice" here's some ways to educate yourself + prepare for the strike this time around:

the last strike called for a total boycott of all goods for the day, putting pressure on corporations and governments with a total withdrawal from the economy that day. the idea is to center your whole day around calling for a ceasefire and centering palestine in your discussions

in december many people worked to get #StrikeForGaza trending, so the goal of the day if you choose to be on social media is to spend the day educating and platforming palestine, and to not take away from any of the important discussions at hand

if you can afford it, any time is as good as ever to donate an esim to a palestinian at gazaesims.com, but the 21st will also be a good day to do so as well

overall, plan to not go out/spend money on the 21st and if possible take the time off from school/work and spend the day centering palestine‼️🇸🇩

Bisan Owda (she/her) - Wizard_bisan1 - is the one you're probably familiar with. She's a young filmmaker who has worked with the UN on gender equality and climate change, and most recently this genocide. Her focus is social media. She called the strike, and is why we're all here.

So people are very mad about this and can’t fathom how. It’s simple. When I was four, I saw Muhammad Al-Durrah get murdered by Israel on live news. I saw this child get murdered by Israel while in his father’s arms. If this doesn’t radicalise you, then you’re the problem.
