Learnt of the death today of Pascal Dozie, founder of the old Diamond Bank at 85. Pascal Gabriel Dozie, wasn’t a career banker. His background? Consulting, in his African Development Consulting Group. But he’d from 1985 served as chairman at Herbert Orji’s defunct Progress Bank.
