Just sliced tomatoes or work of art? Pan con tomate is a Spanish breakfast or snack food where tomato is rubbed on bread and topped with drizzled spiced olive oil and sea salt. Come on all, it takes 2 minutes to prepare and is delicious.

Caper berry vs. Caper? A caper is the size of a pea and is the early flower bud of the plant. A caper berry is what is in this salad-size of an olive-and is what blooms after being pollinated. They contain an excellent source of the flavanoid quercetin.
