Good news that UK duty hasn’t gone up since the 20% hike in August. Once a year is more than enough. 50%/£4 of a bottle of wine at £8 is already UK tax. 70% of a £5 bottle and 35% of a £14.50 bottle is UK tax. UK tax being £2.67 wine duty plus VAT on wine AND duty. #freezeduty
