#BSACSpring2022 Weinbren: Importance of optimis'g blood culture pathway. Most + cultures come up @ 8-12h. Focus 1st on pre-analytic phase. Take x2 sets & enough blood. The Gram stain improves prescribing. Don't implement new tech w/o getting this right. BSAC #AMR #sepsis
