A huge shoutout to all the high school kids who risk trying out for a team. Growing up, I was on both sides of the “cut list” so I know the high & lows that come with it. But as a coach, it always inspires me to watch kids come out of their comfort zone & give it a shot. Says so

Andrew had Down Syndrome and was 27 when he passed away after a 2-year battle with cancer. He grew up in Norwell and attended Norwell Public Schools through his graduation from high school in 2008. Andrew benefited from inclusion in both academics and sports. #BetterTogether
