I don't know if Maricopa County Attorney Rachel Mitchell is telling the truth. She wrote that Maricopa County BOS chose to not accept the Runbeck MOU changes about observers at Runbeck on March 11, 2024. If so, why were there observers at Runbeck on primary day on July 30? This doesn't add up.
