Overall positive to the Moonkin changes. TWW Moonkin never suffered from needless complexity so it was not hit as hard as other specs on the alpha. Eclipse and Mastery both needed a rework to remove the ramp time, and instant cast Eclipse and flat dmg Mastery does just that.

REMOVE LUNAR CALLING

Approaching yet another expansion of going Lunar Eclipse and pressing Starfire with 0 thought behind it in every key. Guess I'm sticking to Guardian for all my weeklies and then only logging in for reclear after a month

I'm not a Rogue guy so I have 0 idea if these are good changes, but Balance has the same issue when it comes to approachability of cooldown windows. Planning 5 cooldown windows with varying timer, durations and GCD is very frustrating and not good for new players WarcraftDevs

Development of ElvUI for Midnight is now officially on hold. We would need to see major changes from Blizzard very soon to be able to actually provide the UI replacement our users want.
