From Emyvale in Monaghan to Downton Singapore! Delighted to see Silver Hill Duck exclusively served in Duckland and London Fat Duck in Singapore. Along with Sarah McGrath, Ambassador of Ireland, Bord Bia - The Irish Food Board and Dept of Agriculture, Food and the Marine, I visited premium retailer Ryan's Grocery in Singapore who are proud stockists of Irish Certified Irish Angus. It's a niche market with demand to grow the volume of Irish beef. Good practice at the pan for when I get home!

Delighted to address Irish meat industry at today’s Bord Bia 2024 Meat Marketing Seminar, sharing views on international markets China, Philippines, Malaysia, Japan and South Korea. Economic challenges a theme across markets, but longer term opportunity continues to grow.
