The Elements Financial Vitals One-Page Plan aligns perfectly with what I believe a financial plan should be: clear, concise, and deeply personal. It masterfully combines purpose, goals, actions, and progress into a single, elegant document.

If someone is talking about a tax-free retirement and doesn’t mention a Roth IRA or Roth 401(k), they’re about to sell you something.

401(k)s shouldn’t be the only account you invest in. But anyone calling a 401(k) a “scam” likely just has something to sell you.

“Financial advisors are never worth it!” A good advisor should be helping you with things like: -investments -tax planning -estate planning -insurance -cash flow (debt, savings, spending) -retirement -goal setting If you’re not getting these, you could be overpaying. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Don’t buy real estate just for the “tax benefits.” I see too many clients rent out their old homes expecting a tax break and easy “passive” income. Usually, they end up with a time-consuming property that doesn’t cash flow well, and the tax perks they hoped for don’t work out.
