Sunday I finished my first ever half-marathon Ismail harat so happy after almost 4 months of training !

Finished Florence half-marathon, the city is really beautiful with no traffic. Pain and a little bit of suffering. happy !

My first triathlon is over! Sprint distance, I managed to arrive :) Lots of fun, I didn't think it was so hard, expecially the transitions!

Fourth Eroica in a row, 75 km, completed all the courses, this time with a singlespeed, lots of fun !

Rough sea and strong swimmers ... I finished my first race of 3 km open water swimming. Detemination pays off. Another step forward. Happy.
