Over a decade ago, I went out to these islands on a different (significantly less cozy) boat with Gabriel Willow. It blew my mind and changed how I thought about wildlife in nyc, so i feel very honored/grateful to be leading some of these this winter. We’ve had good birds, too

When you hear about an 80 year old lady that lives in an east village two bedroom for $350 a month—that isn’t a rent stabilized unit. It’s a rent controlled unit, which are fully price capped and make up about 2% of NYC apartments Rent stabilized units are different, these are
