Something happened here in Gusau and I just cannot wrap my head around it

While working at a certain CBT center, we had to run AutoBots on the PC's we intend to use for jamb exams. Our boss would call his NEPA plug and ask for electricity for exactly the hours we'd need for setup. And the power would stay on just as he requested. VIP power indeed!
