Home workouts! Something I struggle to persuade clients to do, but simple w/ 15 mins and cheap equipment. Lazily skipped a push session today (shame on me) but better than 0: 10x Push up, narrow incline press, dips, push and overhead ext. 1 set = 1 song! 3 songs = 🏆🎊🎉
