Chehalem Mountain-Bald Peak Wildfire Update: Additional Level 3 evacuation area expansion. (2/2)

911 dispatchers at WCCCA have been inundated with callers to 911 reporting smoke in the sky. Please use the 911 system if you see flames or for any other known emergency. Smoke in the sky will continue to appear due to wildfires across the region.

Chehalem Mountain-Bald Peak Wildfire Update: As many as 2,000 acres have burned. Crews continue to battle the fire. At this time, the fire is not under control or contained, but considerable progress was made overnight.

Fire crews alongside our Hazardous Materials Team are responding to a vehicle that left the roadway and struck a propane tank on Greenburg Road in Tigard. Initial 911 callers indicated the driver self extricated from the vehicle. Stay clear of area. #pdxalerts
