Ok it would seem my fibromyalgia pain is evolving, the usual wide spread pain but now I am getting massive amounts of pain behind my knees and top of arms. There was pain before but this is on another level #Fibromyalgia

Up at 3am in agony , partner just came in and put painkilling cream on my legs and neck, already had 6 paracetamol, this is just getting worse as time as goes by. I have sores in my groin area from my incontinence pads that are all watery, the smell is awful 😢 #Fibromyalgia

In so much pain, it’s 2.47am. Just woke up, can hardly get off the bed to stand for a wee into my plastic urine bottle, getting back on was just a painful. More tablets before trying for some sleep, This is no fun. #Fibromyalgia

Really struggling tonight, been up since 2am , now 3.30am , tired but in agony. Just struggled off my bed to have a wee, struggled back on in absolute pain. #Fibromyalgia
