Precisely why I don't like line-per-param API docs: 1) Too much vertical space in the source code. 2) Encourages description one-liners per param that distract and say nothing. Zeitwerk uses the second style.

These days I am using Module#set_temporary_name, which Samuel Williams wrote (for 3.3). I am decorating Active Record APIs by prepending modules, and don't need constants for them. An anonymous module would work, but a meaningful temporary name is helpful when inspecting ancestors.
